Subscription Terms
Effective date: 2026-04-13
These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Use and govern all paid subscriptions and passes purchased through Women's Eleven, whether via the Apple App Store or our website. By subscribing, you accept these terms.
1. Subscription plans
We offer the following paid plans:
- WE11+ — ad-free experience, advanced player statistics, club analytics and rich push notifications. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
- WE11 Pro Club — everything in WE11+ plus full access to the Card Tracker (Collectors) and collection management tools. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
We also offer non-renewing time-limited passes for WE11 Pro Club access:
- 3-day pass — full WE11 Pro Club access for 3 days from time of purchase.
- 1-week pass — full WE11 Pro Club access for 7 days from time of purchase.
Current pricing is displayed on our subscription page and in the App Store listing. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated by the App Store.
2. Auto-renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are auto-renewing. This means:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of each renewal period.
- The renewal price may change — we will notify you in advance of any price increase, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Non-renewing passes (3-day and 1-week) are one-time purchases. They expire automatically at the end of the stated period and do not renew or charge you again.
3. Free trials
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is available:
- The trial duration and eligible plan will be clearly stated before you subscribe.
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Free trials are available once per user per plan. If you have previously subscribed to or received a trial of the same plan, you may not be eligible for another trial.
4. Payment and billing
Payment is processed by the platform through which you subscribe:
- Apple App Store: payment is processed by Apple. Apple's terms and conditions apply to all App Store purchases.
- Website: payment is processed by Stripe through our billing partner RevenueCat. Your payment credentials are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. The final charge may include sales tax, VAT or other applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
How to cancel depends on where you subscribed:
- Apple App Store: go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, select Women's Eleven and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Website: visit your Account page and click "Manage subscription" to access the billing portal, where you can cancel.
Non-renewing passes cannot be cancelled — they expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
6. Refunds
- Apple App Store purchases: refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
- Website purchases (monthly/yearly subscriptions): if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features, contact us at admin@womenseleven.com within 14 days of your purchase or most recent renewal. We will review your request and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available simply because you no longer wish to use the service — please cancel your subscription instead to prevent future charges.
Non-renewing passes (3-day and 1-week) are non-refundable. Because passes grant immediate access to time-limited content, all pass sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access during your pass period, contact us and we will extend your pass or provide equivalent credit.
7. Upgrading and downgrading
- You may upgrade from WE11+ to WE11 Pro Club at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and billing is adjusted according to the platform's proration policy.
- You may switch between monthly and yearly billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
- Downgrading from WE11 Pro Club to WE11+ takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
8. Access across platforms
Your subscription is linked to your Women's Eleven account, not to a specific device or platform. Once subscribed, you can access paid features on the website and mobile app by logging in with the same account. However:
- To manage or cancel your subscription, you must use the platform through which you originally subscribed.
- Purchasing a subscription on one platform does not create a duplicate subscription on another. Do not subscribe on multiple platforms — if you do, you will be billed by each.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to paid features but do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Occasional downtime for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may occur. Prolonged outages do not automatically entitle you to a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
10. Changes to plans and pricing
We reserve the right to modify, add or discontinue subscription plans or change pricing at any time. If we change the price of your current plan:
- We will notify you in advance (via email or in-app notification).
- The new price will take effect at the start of your next billing period after notice.
- If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
11. Account termination
If we suspend or terminate your account for a violation of our Terms of Use, you may lose access to paid features immediately. No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period in the case of termination for cause.
12. Applicable law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, in addition to any terms imposed by Apple, Google or Stripe as applicable to your purchase.
